Welcome to NWCs Philanthropy Section.  The Northwood Womans Club has a long tradition of supporting charitable agencies which work to benefit women and children.  Grant applications for funding such charitable agencies will be available June 1, 2009 and must be submitted by August 2, 2009.  Grants that are approved this year (2009-2010) will receive the funds in May, 2011.

The following information, in addition to the guidelines in the Word/PDF document file, will assist you in preparing the application:

•   Download the NWC Application /Fast Fact Sheet ( Word Document / PDF Document) and the NWC Philanthropy Guidelines (Word Document/PDF Document).

•   The guidelines and application document will detail the documents necessary and required for consideration.

•   Documents explain eligibility requirements of audits and limit on years of funding within a four year period (2006 - 2010).

•   A fast fact sheet summarizes pertinent information and will serve to assist committee members as they make notes about your agency.

•   Please note that applications received after the August 2 deadline can not be considered for this years funding cycle.

•    Twelve (12) copies of all documents and supplemental material are required and should be submitted at the same time.
